In order to enroll a child, please print out the Welcome Packet, parent contract (last page of the Family Policy Handbook), emergency card, child health appraisal, and medication permission form. Tuition information can be found here. Return completed forms in person, via email, or mail.
You child's place will be held once registration fee is received; payment may be made by cash, check or online. All paperwork must be completed in full by your child's first day.
